Took the car out of cold storage after 3 years, all worked fine. Today the passenger window wont roll up, the gauges stopped working, cant turn off the lights without turning off the car and locks dont work. Like I said, first 2 days everything worked
Very first thing I would do is make sure that the battery is 100%. Charge it and then have it tested under load for CCA and recovery. Make sure that you properly TORQUE the battery cable bolts when you reinstall.

Find the rubber accordion tube that runs between the door and the door pillar. SHAKE the hell of of the wiring harness inside the rubber accordion tube while pressing the window UP/DOWN button and see if the window will move.
If that resolves the window and gages issue, we will work on the lights next!

You know, you just jogged my memory. I recall about 10 years ago I had this problem and I had to change the connection located in the rubber boot. on the drivers side.
Thanks so much for jogging my memory, it was indeed the connection in the boot of the door, you saved me a lot of money, THANK YOU
