Whenever the car is at operating temps the revs do not drop nearly as fast as they should be when I press in the clutch. Its very frustrating and makes shifting fast and smoothly impossible. while the car is under about 140 oil temp the issue does not seem to be there. It is most noticeable after hard acceleration.
Im hoping someone out there has a fix. Thanks all!

Mine does the same thing, but I also have an aggressive cam. I just cleaned the MAF. Hoping that helps.
I had a similar issue a few years ago. Turned out that the culprit was a vacuum leak. Check ALL your vac hoses and see if you find one that had a split in it.
