My daughter in law took my 2004 CE convertible to the store this morning. She moved the seat up some. Now it will not move back. All directions and lumbar support work, but it will not go back. I'm 6'2" and need it all the way back. Help!

I suggest check fuse #4 the passenger fuse panel (page 5-93 in owners manual). If the fuse is OK, then reach under the seat and make sure the electrical connectors are properly connected. Good luck on finding the problem.
I think it's the switch. Every time I got in the car I tried to move the seat back. It wouldn't even try to move. Finally the last time I tried it moved all the way back. After that I pulled the seat fuse out. I understand passenger and driver side switches are the same. When I get a chance I'm going to swap them. Can anyone confirm both switches are the same? Thanks!
I have a feeling that once you swap switches, the seat will move opposite of which way you move the levers. I think the right switch is a mirror image of the left switch. If it plugs in then pushing the switch forward should cause the seat to move backwards!
There is a CB in the fuse box under the passenger foot well. It apparently controls the drivers seat. Last summer, 1500 miles from home, I stopped at a convenience store. When I shut the engine off, the seat automatically rolled all the way back, as it was programmed to do. When I got back in the car, the seat wouldn't move. I opened the fuse box, and the seat CB was too hot to touch.. I pulled it with a pair of needle nose pliers. There was no dealer close by..... after a while, in desperation, I put the now cooled down CB back in, and the seat moved! I quickly set the seat where I wanted it, and then pulled the fuse. When I got back home I bought a new CB...... problem fixed. May or may not have any bearing on your problem.
