abs pump stuck code.

abs pump stuck code.
I have a 99 base model.
Yesterday I went to start the car and the ABS and traction control lights came on.
A scan showed an abs pump stuck code
I went to a movie and when I got out and started the car the lights did not come on..
Everything was fine until today when the lights came on again when starting the car for the first time in a day.
I made a stop and the lights did not come on again
Two more stops and the lights still didn't come on.
Looks like the problem only happens when the car has been sitting over night.
Any ideas?
