Default Blow out clip install

The passenger window in my car is missing the blowout clip. I have a FRC and don't know the process to install a new one. Is this documented anywhere?

That thread shows how to fix leaks but doesn't ewarea show the bare minimum to install the blow out clip. My passenger get window is missing it completely.

The weatherstripping and the window channel were glued together by the PO I assume. Should I strip these two completely then re apply the weatherstripping OR just reseal them together with a little bit of new windshield urethane?

If you change weather stripping make sure you keep the blow out clips as they aren't available any more. I had the windshield in my C5Z replaced in 2007 which ended up ruining the weather strip when they replaced it they didn't carry over the blow out clips from the old weather strip. Car was only 4 years old and the clips were no longer available.

The car was missing a blow out clip that why I'm doing this right now. My issue is do I I need to completely disassemble the retainer and rain channel preced and glue them back together?
