Default Using 2004 Shop manual for 2003

Would anyone advise against using shop manuals for the 2004 model year for a 2003 model year car? I found a set for a good price, but can't think of a reason why it would be an issue. The car is a Z06. Thanks!

Only exception might be if your 2003 was built before Nov 22, 2002. That date is important if you needed fuel system info since AFTER Nov 22, 2002 the FFS fuel system was installed in C5's and the 04 manual talks to that fuel system and not to the earlier fuel system.
Thank you for the quick response. After looking that up, I found out that my car has a build date of July 17,2002 - exactly 16 years ago...how ironic!
