Auto shifting

I was out over the weekend and dropped the trans into 2nd and got on it...but when I shifted up to 3rd I had to back off to let it shift into 3rd. Is there an issue or can this
be corrected with HP Tuner ???

Isolated incident?
How much pedal pressure, were you on a hill, what speed...?
Regardless, sounds like a common tranny thing.
