Default Cargo hooks for storage net

This is what the hook looks like. It is solid plastic on the opposite side from the bolt.

That round thing on the end of the bolt is not really there, it’s some kind of glare. I thought the hook was supposed to screw over this bolt or slide over the bolt and held on by a nut?
I bought a C5 recently and purchased a cargo security screen and storage net on EBay. In trying to install the storage net, I found the lower hooks, but the upper hooks were not there, so I bought some online as well.

Not knowing any details of the hooks I didn’t specify upper hooks and the seller only listed cargo net hooks. I have included two pictures, one of the place I believe the hooks are supposed to be installed, and one of the hook.

There is a bolt in the place where I thought you were supposed to screw on the hook, but the hook also has a bolt coming out of it.

can someone tell me if I have the wrong hook or how it is supposed to be installed?

Thanks

The first picture you posted is of the "male" hook that I believe is actually for the targa's shade. The reason I quote "male" is because there's also a "female" hook. In your second picture that stud I believe should accept the female hook for the cargo net (it does look a little long though...).

You may need to check with a Corvette Recycler like VetteNuts as I believe the OEM hooks have been discontinued.
