Default Power seat moves backward overnight

Easy entry is set to off, fob is programmed, everything else saves like it should.

when I park my 2003 coupe overnight and get back in the next day I can feel the clutch pedal is further away and I feel the seat being slightly further back. I believe the only movement is backward with everything else being the same. It confused me for the first few times it did this until I realized it's not my legs getting shorter. Is there a reason for the seat to move backward like this? Could it be a short?

The seat multifunction switch could be flukey and not properly returning to the OFF (center) position.

OR
Try programming the seat to a new more forward position and setting the memory to that position and then turning the easy entry to OFF. See if that changes anything.

There is an option for easy egress (I'm sure this is not exactly what its called), see if you have that option enabled
