Strangest Problem Yet With My Vette???
So went out to take a drive. Started her up and hit the switch to lower both windows. Drivers side window went down, passenger side wouldnt. Tried locking the doors, drivers side locked but passenger side wouldn't lock or unlock! NOTHING worked on passenger side door. This was when the door was closed.......So I opened the door and all of a sudden everything works! Closed the door and it won't work!
Anyone have any ideas? very confused !
Appreciate any ideas.

There's an accordian looking boot that runs into the door, near the hinges. Try jiggling that. Most likely its pinched and cutting off all signal to that door.
Believe there are connectors in there that like to bend their pins. I'll let an electrical guru talk about that, I've only read about this problem a little bit.

I have the same problem from time to time, the wires in the harness aren't contacting like they should. It's a small blue one, there's threads about it around.

Actually the problem is the 6 pin black connector that is the problem. The blue connector is the wiring for the speakers in the door. The black connector has two always hot battery voltage connections that provide power to the door control module and the door control module controls ALL functions for the door such as the locks, power mirrors, window operation etc.
Refer to this link and look at the 3rd from the last picture in the first post:

That is the MOST LIKELY cause of your issue. Fish the connectors out of the passenger side A Pillar and separate the two halves of the black connector. You will most likely find that the pins in your connector are deformed like those in the above thread.
Disconnect the battery negative post and use a sharp pointed tool (awl or dental pick) to reshape the contact surfaces so that they make proper contact when the two halves of the connector are mated. If you don't disconnect the battery you are likely to cause sparks and blow other fuses as besides the 2 battery voltages there is also a ground in the black connector.
