Passenger side cooling fan not working.
Driving home tonight 100 degree heat, the car started heating up, I got it home and popped the hood and noticed the passenger fan not moving. The car was well over 235 degrees and AC was on. The drivers side fan was running. I did swap the two relays under the hood, with no change in condition. The fuse is also good. Next steps? Unplug the fan and see if the computer is sending voltage? Put voltage to the fan to see if it's alive? The fan does spin freely when you turn it with your finger.
Probably unrelated, but the horn is not working, just did a header install.

Quick update. I ordered a new motor off Amazon. I decided to take the old one apart. It was very dirty, so I cleaned it up with electrical contact cleaner and put it back together and it actually worked. I put it back together so I can get a weekend of driving in. I'll put the new motor in when it arrives.
