bad harmonic balancer?
Does this look like the harmonic balancer is bad? It looks like it might be wobbling a bit but I'm not completely sure, it also sounds like it is making that chirping noise

From the video I say you are good. However, I'd take some touch up paint and put a line from the inside of your balancer to the outside. After a few times driving, I'd check the line, If there is a break (it has slid) you need a new balancer.

The video isn't all that clear, and I could be wrong, but to me, it looks like the belt has "jumped" forward, and part of it is riding on top of the thick, outer rib of the pulley, and not completely seated in the inner grooved section of the pulley.
