Catch can on the clean side???

Need some info from someone who has knowledge on this subject...I have a 2001 and currently have a catch can between the PCV valve and the throttle body. I've been doing some reading and it seems some guys run a breather oil/air seperator cap on the "clean" side of the system. This consist of re-routing the hose from the intake going into the oil cap seperator instead of the valve cover.
Since I have a second catch can, would there be an issue running the intake hose to the second catch can, and back into the valve cover, or would this have a adverse affect on internal pressures???
Any advice appreciated!
