There are four fasteners holding on the rear fascia on the bottom near the tailpipes. One of mine is missing. Does anyone know what they are so I can get it replaced?

That's a push fastener. When you pull the center tab out (there's a tool for them but if you want to really destroy it you can use needle pliers) it will pop out compressing the inner teeth and you can pull it straight out. At your local parts store they have a "Help" section that typically stocks Dorman parts. There they will have a variety of fascia fasteners and such for GM application. You can simply buy one that matches up that will fit.
I'm sure Corvette vendors offer replacements as well but they'll likely be pricey.
