If you can cram your self into the drivers foot well, you can access that one from under the dash. I'm fat so I remove the seat and lay in the foot well with my legs sticking into the rear compartment.. FORGET ABOUT doing that on the passengers side. The dash MUST come off.
yes....I don't care what anyone says I couldn't get my hand up there and even if I could NFW I would have been able to do the job like that...dash removal is not that hard and if you are gonna replace one just do both
I have a 98 that does not have dual climate control. Pretty sure the actuator is going out. It was blowing hot, but I played around with the temperature **** and heard a clicking sound, I finally got it blowing cold air. Since I do not have dual climate is my actuator on the drivers side and can I get to it from the footwell?

I have a 98 and I need to know which set I have . Now I wonder because if I turn my passengers temp **** I don't see anything showing any type of change..I am having issues with actuator on driver side also .Done reset a bunch of times works fine for a day or two then SOS.
