Steering column installation
Well I am not sure how I got it out, but now I can't seem to re install the steering column on my 99 vette. The problem is the motor on the rear of the column for the telescopic steering function. No matter what angle I try to put it in at, I cant seem to get it in. I cant turn the column back to the right position due to that motor! Also, how do i make sure the wheel hasn't been turned one full turn from center? I understand that can affect the airbag system. The reason I took it out in the first place was to check the swps to see that it was centered and working. Reason for that is the warm up/service system prompt came up after paying a garage 1200 to change the harmonic balancer!
