Default Pulling timing in hot weather?

My car is a 2000 coupe 6mt. When the weather is hot (80*F+) and I get on the throttle to 80% or more the car goes, then hesitates like its either pulling timing or the drive by wire is closing the throttle, then pics back up and accelerates good but still doesn't feel 100% power. Im assuming the engine heat soaks and gets some knock in hot weather but i have no way to log whats happening yet. Not really sure whats happening but i wondered if anyone else had the same feeling and what the cause/cure was?

ps: car is all stock other than a catch can and axle back exhaust.

Can see if you have any codes ??...either scan tool (better) or through the DIC...would be great if possible to look at O2 sensors and fuel trims to possibly diagnose...without the evidence don’t like to make a diagnosis !!...dirty MAF or maybe wonky TPS sensor...you can check TPS voltages with a DVOM but a scope would be the “gold standard” !!...if you have a DVOM and want to troubleshoot let me know !!...enclosed is a “TPS Sweep” I did on my 2001 a while back...if the signal was bad you would see it on the scope...need fuel trims to see if it’s a dirty MAF !!
