Hello guys!

I recently discovered this wire, as picture says it is says 20A ACT FUSE at the connector. What does this wire do?

Its was located just under the brake fluid reservoir

 

Is there an extra wire connected to the alternator?

 

Looks like part of a fuel pump "hot wire" kit. Replaces the factory power wire to the fuel pump with a heavier-gauge wire straight off the alternator. Good mod; if it's working, I'd leave it alone.
