If you car is in Neutral (Rolling) or the clutch is depressed (Rolling) and the Idle hangs, the Throttle Cracker Airflow adder is too high. If the RPM's are not falling fast enough, double the number (x2) in the 0 - 8 MPH columns in the Throttle Follower table (bigger number makes it fall faster).
