Separate fuel system for nitrous complete!!!
This Holley pump puts out 70gph at 60psi. Plenty for up to 450hp shot. I just finished up rewiring and plumbing this system yesterday; havent had a chance to run it....no juice in the tanks!! Besides, i think i want another 200 miles and an oil change on the new 389 before i spray it.
Some answers to your questions: That is the passenger side fuel cell dropped. We tapped the source/return bungs into the lower portion of it.
Yes, the rear/catback portion of the exhaust is wrapped with header tape to reduce heat back by the pump and filter. The source line comes out of the pass tank, up over the diff (where the inline filter resides with 1/4 turn shutoff valves on each side), then on into the pump. the #8 line continues out the pump along side the torq tunnel along the trough there. where it comes out by the bell housing on the driver side, we drilled a hole into the frame there and fished it on through up by where the AH control module resides on the steering rack. this give enough room and throw for the line to curve up and over the radiator facia. the pics tell the rest. the #6 return line follows the source line. Shutoff valves at the tank, too, for the return line. These shutoff valves facilitate pump and filter maintenance. I need to take more pics of all this. This fuel system was a bit spendy, too. All Aeroquip swivels and steel braided/insulated lines. pricey somamabiches. you can also see that i utilized my pillar pod mounted full sweep fuel pressure gauge on this fuel system along with a FPSS. the switch is wired so that it will turn off the MSD Window sw if pressure drops below 53psi.

I´ll never get something like that together here in Austria, but I like it a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I want a dual stage Nitrous setup with extra fuel system badly!!!!
Michael
I'll tell you what...and i am not joking....you buy my plane ticket and pay for the parts, feed me and give me a place to lay my head, I will come over there with all the parts whenever you're ready and we'll do the install. The parts will set you back about $1k US. All top-notch stuff, though. I'm serious, Mike!! I need a vacation anyway!!! i have passport; will travel...

So I´ll put the engine in and then talk to you.
In the mean time I´ll save some extra $ for that setup and your flight ticket.
I thank you a lot for that offer buddy, I think we´ll do that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BTW, we´ll have to tune a 422 or 427 then :D
Do you think we´ll get that right??
I`ll buy an onboard wideband setup for about 1000$ to be able to tune the car as I haven´t found a good wideband dyno here.
They cannot tune A4´s on their dyno.
I hate it to live here when it comes to car tuning. :(
Robert, the 1000$ for parts, do they include the NX solenoids??
Also, what rwhp-shots do you plan on that setup.
I thought more than 200rwhp shots sprayed through the intake would cause problems!!!
Fuel puddling and such???
I plan to at least spray a 300 shot, maybe more, maybe I should go direct port then ????!!!!
The fuelpump and fuelline setup is a must do anyway!!!

lots of really good questions. we'll take this off-line. email me at work at rjudd@tqs.com. We'll toss around some ideas. you are on the right track with the thought of spraying too big through the intake. At some point direct port would be good. You've been spraying through the TB so far, right? The extra solenoids would be extra. arent you dual stage already?
