Default Reduced Engine Power...99 Convertible
Thanks in advance for any info...
Turn key to run position and Reduced Engine Power comes on DIC...Car cranks but will not start...
Codes that come up..
10PCM..P1120HC..P1220HC..P1516HC..
After these codes are cleared it starts and runs great..After shutting down same codes come back and must be cleared to start again..
Ive cleaned all grounds and battery is new...

Big Bob !!...these are TPS DTC’s !!...do you have a multi meter ??!....we can look at the TPS sensor and see what you have !!
