Another Headlight Question
The drivers side headlight on my '04 Z06 will illuminate but not raise. With the dust cover removed I noticed the adjuster begin to rotate for approximately 1/4 turn and then stop. It also does not rotate true. It almost wobbles. The passenger side will raise partially and then stop but the shaft continues to turn and make noise. I was told that both gears were replaced prior to my purchase. When I raise both manually the drivers side will raise and lower with the switch however the adjuster still rotates in a wobble. The drivers side still opens only partially.
I pulled the dust covers on my '02 Z06 and both shafts rotate true. Is the problem the whole motor assembly since the adjuster does not spin true or is it just another gear issue?
