Ok, so I was doing some spirited driving today and hit 2nd pretty hard and I think I blew my clutch (LS7). It now makes a loud rattling noise whenever I put it in any gear and will not move whatsoever. So, is this a clutch or what else could it be?
Also- if it is a clutch, whats the best clutch for the money (440rwhp)? I really don't want to spend an arm and a leg, but I was told the LS7 clutch that I think I just blew had maybe 10k miles (6-8yrs) on it from the previous owner. I like the price that I am seeing on the LS7 clutches, but so far not pleased with the performance unless mine was just too old.
Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Differential output shaft as well. Is there noise, if so, where is it coming from. If its the clutch, typically you won't be able to get it into gear unless it is locked up. Had a spring come out of the clutch plate once and get lodged in the flywheel bolts, but couldn't get it into any gear with the engine running.
