Auto Dim Rearview Mirror - Map lights not working

Auto Dim Rearview Mirror - Map lights not working
So I am in need of some assistance.
My courtesy rear view mirror light is very off and on. At night it has a slight amber hue while driving which is fine. However, when I open the car when I first bought it a year ago it glowed green which was nice - but it doesn't do that anymore regardless of the ambient light outside.
I replaced fuse #2 and I have no luck with even the map lights. Should I also replace micro relay #37? For what it's worth my glovebox light works and the previous owner left the #561 light broken inside the housing for the under hood light. So I can't advise if that works in the circuit.
