Double Din Radio
Has anyone purchased one of the Double Din Radio Kits that are advertised on E Bay . They have a converter module that allows you to keep your Bose speaker and Amp system. Just wondering on the difficulty factor. It states you have to drill out the existing factory radio brackets to install the new ones to mount the new radio.

I don't think such a thing exists for the C7...

There are multiple threats about double dun radios in the c5, just do a search and you'll find them. That's what I did when I researched mine. To answer you without looking on Ebay (and a link wasn't given for a specific one) there are 2 models if im not mistaken. Pac and Metra. I have the Metra and it seems to work pretty well, instructions are lackluster but support when I had an issue was good. As far as the surround, I bought the Metra and will be pulling it this winter in favor of the vettenuts model. Fit is fine in the Metra, but the finish is better on the vettenuts model. I.E. closer to stock. Hope that helps.
