Spark plug recommendations
I have a 2002 zo6. The car has a cam, heads, headers, CAI, full exhaust and it’s tuned (440-500 RWHP). What’s a good plug to run? Anybody have a similar set up and like a certain kinda plug?

Spark plugs
To be honest with you, my car is on my lift stored for the winter so I don’t know what plugs are in the car right now. I like to buy upgrades and maintenance things over the winter so when spring comes I’m ready to wrench and ride.

If you are going to run the 93 octane E10 gas or 91 octane E0 gas the stock type plug is fine. If you are going to run higher octane (w/wo lead) you might need a different plug. NGK and ACDelco are the more popular ones, you can use copper, platinum or iridium plugs and the gaps might vary as a result. Copper are better conductors of spark but should be changed at 20K, Platinum will last longer around 50K and Iridium usually last to about 100K.

At 440rwhp we would run TR55's.
