I just got kooks and the passenger side o2 sensor in the header interferes with the trans lines. I'm having to either buy extensions to reuse the front o2's but move them to the xpipe or repin the pcm to use the rear o2's in the xpipe. I'm choosing to repin since I've read that they have a better heater and will be a bit better for down stream operation.I'm more than disappointed with the fitment also, paid damn good money but honestly wish I would have gone with tsp setup.
ARH and Kooks have the best(most consistent) fitting headers we have installed. If there was a fitment issue with either call them and they will take care of it. We charge more for other brands on install as it takes longer and usually requires modifying cheaper headers to fit and seal up.
ARH, slid right in. I'll never again buy a set of cheap headers.
Isn't that the truth? Saving money and wasting time - not a great combination.
But - in my experience - if you hang out on here for a while you can find nice prices on good used headers.
