I'm over here in Germany and have FLP's complete system on my 1999 C5 and really like em ! I did have a problem with the two "Flanges" that are welded to each "Collectors". Both "Flanges" cracked at the welds on both headers and I had to have them rewelded along with a couple stress cracks in the collectors. Don't know what caused them to crack, but the fix was minor and I'm burning up the Autobahns (125 - 150 mph - Legally) here in Germany. My best top end so far on the Autobahn is 175 mph . . . Smoking !
There are at least three Vettes owner in our Corvette Club over here (The German American Corvette Club of Baden-Wurttemberg) that are running FLP's and all three drivers think they're great (me included).
My FLP install job (did it myself with one other person) only took 4.5 hours, so the FLP's are easy to work with and fit like a glove.
I haven't had any problems (rust) with the "Mild Steel" construction so far . . I guess as long as the Jet-Hot Coating holds up I'm good to go !
Bottom line. . . I think the FLP's are great !

what kind of performance gains can be seen from adding the Flps/high flow cats? I am considering it...can it be felt in the seat of the pants? Also will it sacrfice low end torque?
Marc, there was a definite SOTP improvement. I never got a chance to dyno after the install but others have documented excellent hp/tq improvement with these. My low-end torque felt noticeably better.
I got a 20 RWHP increase. Dyno prior to installation was 302. Approximately six weeks after installation dyno was 322.8 Installation and dyno was done by Nates folks at Extreme. Great installation job.

Just wondering with corsa Indys how much louder is it with the FLPs and high flow cats? also doesnt it come with a x pipe? (will that make a big diff)?
My indys sound mean and ready to rumble now...just wondering how it will change!
Also what kind of cost am I looking at for the system & install...?
