Default hvac

having problems with control of the heat and ac. Heat blows from drivers side and ac in passenger. Removed fuse number 27 for 5 minutes to reset system. still have same issue. DIC is giving me B0363 code. help trouble shooting from here?

FYI, here's a tip I copied and pasted to a word document on addressing some of the HVAC issues - 1997-2004 Corvette HVAC Fix and a second one on Reindexing HVAC actuators on the C5 Corvette

You need a new actuator... dash pad has to come off. Might as well order both and replace both at the same time.
