Default Seat Bladder Replacement Issues

I've replaced the bladders in my sport seats, but unfortunately they don't inflate. While replacing, I used my compressor to pump up the new bags and they inflate just fine. I also tested the old bags and they inflate just fine as well. After I put the seats back in the car, they still do not inflate. I can hear and feel the pump working, but still no air to the bags. Any thoughts on what may me the problem as well as a fix to this?

I just did mine when I replaced my seat skins. If the pump is working, the only thing ir could be is the hoses or the plastic tee's.... The plastic nipples on my bladders deteriorated over 20 years, they turned yellow and crumbled.. but the lines themself and the tee's were all good.. You are going to have to trace each line, also it could be the motor is working in the pump, but the diaphragm has deteriorated..

I've not heard of anyone rebuilding the pumps, but that's not to say it can't be done. If the parts are still available though, it may be easier to just replace what you have with new parts.
