Hello out there in Corvette land, I was wondering if anyone is using the Fluidampr P#740121 on their Vette? My Z has the wobbles at 15yrs 22k miles and needs to be replaced. So thankful for this forum... I will be using the ARP bolt also...thanks again

Sounds like you read the forum!
I used the Powerbond HB when I had mine changed because that's the one that was mostly recommended by members.
I do not know about the one you asked about.
Good luck!

ATI fluid damper is Hi dollor. If you have the money,, go for it .. Its the Best. But for the average guy who only street drives his car,,,get the Powerbond/Dayco. It is also SFI approved. PB1117N-SS-Race. Summit or Jegs,,about $260 bucks. It will also be the last one that you will buy.

I got this one with an ARP bolt for my cam swap soon, that’s why I was wondering the differences.

The $100 dollor Powerbond is a stock type replacement balancer. Looks just like the one that you are taking off. People have had them start to wobble again. The SS Race is a whole different design. It has a large snap ring to hold the outer ring from moving out of location. SFI approved, and comes off with a 3 bolt puller instead of the hook type puller. $100 dollor one will work fine . Just dont know for how long. I figured what do you get for a 100 bucks today??? Do it once,, and forget about it.

So is this the one that you recommend? My engine is pretty much stock, but this is something that i really do not want to have to do again.
