im assuming this I power at the flywheel. From an ls6 to a fast102 you should see some really solid gains on a heads/cam setup, depending on what heads and what cam.

HOLY CRAP! Brother,, you hit the jack pot on what ever parts your purchased! I have a Patriot Performance Stage II heads, healthy 235 ish duration 610 lift 114+4 cam, Stainless Works Headers, and a ported FAST90 intake and TB and all I get is a measly 450 RWHP.
If you male that HP now, I would have to say YES! a good ported FAST 102 (with more tuning) would net you some HP.
