Help! Headlights won’t go down

So I swapped my stock halogen bulbs to LED bulbs and now the headlights won’t go down. The LEDs work as they should but the headlights remain up. Even with the car on, off, ignition on. Nothing but when I swap the stock bulbs, the headlights work up and down. I’m stuck lol

A lot of people report this problem. You have to switch on the high beams to get them to go down. Part of the problem of aftermarket stuff.

What he said ^^ The system is looking for a resistance the LED's do not provide. There are a lot of posts on this subject. Most people just use the high beam trick.

odd. will have to remember that if I ever go that route.
