Folks, need some advice please....the other day, our passenger window became inop; it won't go up or down from either the driver or passenger control. The door lock on the RT side does work so don't suspect the control module. I checked the fuses and all seem good and there are no codes (other than battery fault - I just replaced the battery last weekend). Could the battery replacement have anything to do with the window suddenly becoming in-op? Appreciate any and all advice on potential fixes, would like to attempt myself BEFORE taking to dealer for repair. Your time is appreciated. Fred

soi day like the window motor went out. Some people take off the door panel and bang on the motor and are sometimes able to bring it back to life. New window regulator with motor is about $150 on amazon
Do you hear the relay click when you press the button? If yes, your motor is stuck. You can try pressing the button and thumping the door between the grab handle and the release handle. In my case, I took the door panel off and used the handle of a screwdriver to whack the back of the motor while a helper held the button down on the driver's side. I did this approximately 7 years ago. Now I exercise the window on occasion to ensure it stays freed up.

Did the same to my passenger side using the same method 3 years ago and no further problems. I also exercise the windows often, and the headlights/wipers since I do not drive at night or in the rain.
Try wiggling the bellows that contain wires going from the A-pillar to the door. The connector inside the pillar is a known problem area. If that gets the window working, disconnect connector clean pins and and check tension of female end of terminals.
I had to take the panel off and give it a few snacks with a rubber hammer. I always run it up and down every once in a while to keep it loose. Dealer told me that it is pretty common in most GM vehicles.
