So i have xs headers had them for a few yrs.i bought a w/b and realized there is a bung welded on the passenger side? Not drivers? Is this a mistake or this bung is for something else..
if only using one wideband it's typically placed on the drivers side because that bank tends to run leaner
exactly..but now i have to remove it and weld another bung in the drivers side..most people run 1in the drivers side like stated just alittle confused..lol
That's a perfect spot for it. Other than the mounting angle of that bung exposing the sensor to potential condensation, it'll work just fine. Ideally you want the sensor angled downwards, the more upright the better. Unfortunately space constraints often make this difficult.

ok good! Yeah the angle sucks but it will have to do...
