Dual Zone AC actuator install help?
I apparently need to replace the stuck actuator on the passenger side of my C5.
My mechanic wants $400 to install it, I already bought the part. Any idea how
hard it is to do myself? Any help or hints would be greatly appreciated!

I did it. You have to remove the dash top. It's not hard just tedious.
Start by removing the rear section of the center console. Then the front section. Then the radio HVAC trim piece. Then the trim between the steering wheel an the door, and then finally the dash top. The blend door actuators are on either side of the central AC box.
Lots of torx screws and some phillips. If your turn signals are lazy now's the time to replace the hazard switch as it will be right there when you remove the dash.
