Default Program new PCM

Anyone that can guide me in programming a new PCM? Bought a new one and installed it, car crank but doesn’t start now.

Programming a PCM is something you should REALLY let someone who does this for a living do !!...you NEED a battery maintainer (not a battery charger) to make sure the battery has the appropriate voltage during the programming...and the procedure is a page long !!

Can you please explain the method and tools needed, something you can do with a Tech 2 device?

Yes, can be done with Tech 2 !!...like I said best left to a PRO !!....QUESTION....WHY ARE YOU REPLACING IT ??????????..if you were replacing it just because it would not start there are MANY reasons for that...I'd put the old one in and start from scratch...PCM's rarely go bad !!
