Try to contact the manufacturer of the wheels to see what lugnuts are required for their wheels. Make sure you get the correct length and the correct thread size and pitch. Also ask if the nuts need to be an acorn style or bulge style.

And find another vendor. Lots of stories that are not good in dealing with them.

I forged is out of business and rarely answered phone calls when they were open. If you haven't changed the valve stem to wheel seals you should because this is where slow leaks occure when the seals get old. I used Gorilla 12MM x 1.5 conical and tapered (71631NBC5) as seen here: https://www.gorilla-auto.com/gorilla-locks-page-02, they have the same looking conical taper as the ones you chose so those should be fine.

Thanks a bunch everyone. This is my 1st vette (99 frc with 34k miles) saw these wheels used, and could not pass up the price.

Yeah IForged is currently not in business so contacting them probably won't help.

You can measure the seat on the wheel and there's some guides online that'll walk you through doing that. I'm certain like posted before me it's more than likely going to be a tapered seat and you can pick up a full set of conicals locally. Last set I had to buy for a five lug car I paid $28 for a set of 60 degree tapered seats that were conical.
