Default best spark plugs for a 97 LS1

I need to change my plugs in my early 97 Vette. I know that the manual calls for, but what plugs would be the best of the new ones to use. My car is stock except the air box and the exhaust.

You may want to consider the ACDelco 41-110 Iridium

Did I miss something here? I don't recall the OP asking about magic horsepower.

Agree with others on iridium. Originals were double platinum, but mine -- and quite possibly yours -- lost the ground pad on more than a few along the way. Easy to see, gaps that are on the order of .065" or so, and the car idles like it has a nice cam. Just without the grunt.
I've been happy with NGK Iridium IX, TF51X #73397, of course with GMPP Red Performance Wires 12495519, since if your wires are original, they are very likely to come apart on removal.

Yep wasn't looking for any magic; just wanted to change the plugs that have been it for it's last 50,000 miles. I went to my parts store and they rattled off no less than six AC Delco plugs that would work in the car, so I thought I'd see what people thought. got my new GM performance wires, so I just wanted to get good plugs the first time.

Question: what's the difference between the 41-110 and the Delco recommended 41-162, which is the one their web site throws up?

Part Number: 41-162
Product Notes:
Iridium
All; Original Equipment; VIN: G*

Per Vehicle: 8; Years: 1997-2004

I can't speak to the difference however it is probably insignificant. The 41-162 is a replacement for the 41-110. The numbers 110 and 162 merely annotate that these are iridium plugs and I wouldn't suspect any change in the heat range.
