Default P0327 & p0332

Got these codes popping up after my aa kit and head install. Ordered some new sensors and harness. The old it looks pinched and dried out. However the sensors looked new. Will see if this fixes the issue.

I had taken my manifold on and off many times, replacing both the harness and sensors a few times chasing those codes.
Being that the knock sensors have a fragile piezo-crystal that convert vibration into a voltage, I highly suspect that if these sensors are dropped during transport, handling, or shipping, that they can break and not even know it.
I'd recommend taking a multimeter to new ones you buy and checking the parameters.

I eventually also pre-crimped the female pins on the knock sensor harness so that they grabbed the pins on the knock sensors tighter.
I felt that maybe lose stock connections (previously on my already installed new harness and knock sensors beforehand) caused a rattling between the pin and sensor and set false codes maybe.
You can also de-sensitize knock sensors I think via HP tuners, which I think is a popular thing to do.

Checking for resistance while they are plugged in? I'm sure you could.

Changed the knock sensors and harness that code keeps coming back. The codes doesn’t show up until about 4K rpm. Wondering if this is happening from the car being untuned. I suspect a exhaust leak at the donut as well maybe back pressure build upsetting it off. I could smell exhaust from my windows at a stop light at idle. I’ll pick up a multi meter next I’m by Walmart or something. This was never a issue before I did the head swap.

I’m having this same issue too. 2002 Z06 112k miles with stock heads, mild BTR stage 2 cam, long tube headers, catted X, B&B and cold air intake. I just swapped out The stock manifold for a FAST90 and LS2 TB. Then all of a sudden started getting P0327 again and again. Figure I damaged the knock sensor plugs during intake install. . So I swapped with brand new oem sensors and harness. Now P0327 is gone but I’m getting P0332. WTF. Any resolution on your end yet.

My resolution was to turn off my knock sensors in hp tuners. My car feels more consistent now and haven’t had an issue since
