Telescoping steering wheel
Mine is not working, I was told to check that the wires are plugged in under the drivers seat. I looked at the left side of the seat, below the seat controls, there are two harnesses there, both are plugged in. Were to go from here? Power to the seat works as well...

I'm not sure what fuse it would be since I have a Z06 and therefore no wiring for it, but have you checked on them? I have a 2002 as well and have the dealer manuals. Might be able to look at them tonight and see what wiring issues could be. But generally, the fuse, switch, motor brushes are gonna be the suspects.
