If you are stock, my first choice would be the GM springs and second the PAC. I wouldn't go to duals as you can keep your original seat/seal design valve seals.

I have cai and borla, otherwise stock,so if I go with either of your suggestions I can just replace spring using original seal ,retainer. etc........

yes you can reuse everything as long as you use a beehive spring... pac are great springs but duals are overkill with stock cam/valvetrain

PAC makes a nice spring. If you're looking at the 1218 check the 1218x; the x means it's shot peened for longevity (depending on how much you drive it). The GM blue springs are also plenty adequate for a stock cam/push rods/etc.

I have an 03 Z with the same miles. I went with the GM Blue Springs and Trunion Upgrade. I have pretty much the same mods and track the car a few times a year at Road Atlanta. Just my 2 cents.

Good luck.

For sure. I overkilled mine with the PAC 1219x springs (mild cam) for the couple thousand miles a year I drive it.

I would definitely go with the PAC 1218's.. These springs are well proven in racing. I got the 1215's for my ls1 when I did the rocker trunnion upgrade (which is something you should consider if you're in there already).
