"Restore the PCM battery feed"

Reconnect the battery if it's disconnected.

"Block the drive wheels."

Get a set of wheel chocks designed to be placed in front of the tire to keep the car from moving when it's in gear. This is especially important on an A4 when the car is put in Drive. Blocking the drive wheels keeps the car from moving while doing the relearn.
