Super charger Service
I recently bought a 2003 C5 with an East Coast super charger. What super performance! Can anyone enlighten me about any regular service required to keep this unit in top shape?

Drifting
Generally speaking, superchargers don't need much.
- Inspect the drive belt semi-regularly.
- Put on a new drive belt a bit less regularly, but significantly more often than you would on a stock setup.
- Make sure that if it has a standalone oiling system, the oil is changed on schedule. It'll probably smell terrible.
- Make sure that if it uses the car's oil feed, the oil lines are properly attached and not showing evidence of leaking.
- Depending on the unit, a rebuild may be recommended at a certain interval. This might just mean a new bearing set every 100k miles.
