Dorman 90 vs TPIS 90 LS6
I currently have the stock 78mm LS6 on my '04. I'm running a silver blade LS2 90mm TB with an adapter plate so I want to upgrade to a 90mm neck intake. I have 1-7/8 headers on the car and am about to install a set of cleaned/not ported 243 heads and a 224/224 112LSA cam.
A new FAST 92 is just too expensive and I have ZERO interest in a FAST 102 or GM LS2 manifolds. A used FAST 90 would be nice but they are hard to find.
Do I send my LS6 intake off to to TPIS to have them install a 90mm neck or do I just purchase a Dorman 90mm? They cost about the same, so it's a question of which is a better option.
