When I had RFT's a few months ago, I had my GY's patched twice for two seperate nail punctures. It is safe and works fine. Same rules apply as regular tires. Good luck. :yesnod:

You need to use the plug and patch method, which requires breaking the tire down and using a patch on the inside of the tire. A competent tire store should know this procedure.
