Telescoping Steering Wheel

I have Corbeau seats in my vert, is there any way to manually adjust the telescoping steering wheel without the seat belt module that was under the OEM seats? Any help would be appreciated.

What year? Did you try the switch on the column?

2002. Yes I tried the switch, there must be a way to jump the switch out, I just can't figure it out.

The switch just gives a command to the seat control module. So without the module you can't operate the motor. If you take a look at the wiring diagram that is attached you can see that it is easy to temporally jump it with 12 volts and a ground or you could add a three-way switch that would allow you to adjust the wheel since power, ground and the steering column motor are all on the same connector.
