The story is I am doing that thing where you have to solder those 5 points on the ebcm because the TC and ABS stopped working and all was dandy but when I was trying to crack it open with a mallet, one of the cylinder things came off. Does anybody know what this part is? And if this is fixable? Thank you very much!

Can you get to the back side of that board? Looks like they had leads on those coils and soldered from the back side. If so, you could add leads again, JBweld the thing to the board, and solder from the back again. But you'd need to desolder that board real well to make sure the holes were opened good. Fact is, I might not resolder back there, I might be inclined to solder wires on the coil ,then re-route them back around to the back side of that board and solder then there (vs sending heat through to the part you just got done soldering the leads back on.)
