Default Knock sensors

I am currently installing an oil sensor relocation kit and I already have the intake manifold off. I am wondering if I should do my knock sensors and harness since I am right there. Right now, I have no problems with either the harness or the sensors, and have never gotten a knock sensor code. The car has 146000 miles on it, so that is the only reason for concern. As you can see in the picture, the sensors do not have the RTV sealant applied but I do not usually wash the engine with direct water. So do the knock sensors last a long time, or should I just change them? I really dont feel like removing the manifold again, this is the 2nd time I am here for the oil sensor in 10 years. I also worry that changing the knock sensors could give me a problem where I didnt have one before, if only for the remote chance one of the sensors I buy is faulty.

With your mileage and the intake already off, do it now. It is better than having to do it in anothr month or two if one or both go out/
