Installing Donaldson Blackwing w/ Vortex Powerduct
Ok, here is the situation. . .when I place the filter on the posts inside of the front bumper, the powerduct does not line-up with the throttlebody. Unfortunatly, I can't get the powerduct installed correctly. I have everything lined up, but I just can't get the airbridge/coupler, on the throttlebody???
Does anyone have some helpful tips? :cry

Push the coupler as far onto the power duct as you can, line it up with the TB and then push it back in place over the mouth of the TB. I have the same combo and this is the way I put it on, no problem. :cheers:

Did you start with the entire intake assembled? Did you start by connecting the coupler to the TB or by hooking the filter on the front bumper posts?

Started with the entire intake assembled, hooked the filter to the front posts, moved the coupler foward, centered on TB, slid the coupler back onto TB, adjusted and tightened clamps.
